SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible!

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days
    Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out!

International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping, but do keep checking back as it is something we are looking in too.

Delays:
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier issues, holidays).

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

At Iconic baits, we’re committed to providing high-quality fishing bait that helps you land the big one. If something’s not quite right with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns:

Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of fishing bait, we do not accept returns on bait products once they’ve been shipped. This ensures product integrity and safety for all our customers.

However, if your bait arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly resolve the issue by offering a replacement or store credit where applicable.

Exchanges:

We do offer exchanges on non-perishable items such as fishing equipment, apparel, or accessories.

To be eligible for exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

To initiate a return or exchange:

please email us at info@iconic-baits.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Photos, if applicable (especially for damaged items)

We’ll aim to get back to you within 1–2 business days with the next steps.

Please Note:

  • Bait products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once shipped due to their perishable nature.

  • Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

  • Returns or exchanges submitted without prior authorization may not be accepted.
